Painting Portraits (People and Pet) with Shirley Hales

Capture the personality and characteristics of people or animals in a tribute painting in the medium of your choice. Learn how to create fur, feathers or even fins unique to your pet and learn how to color mix for skin tones and hair for people. Bring a favorite photo(s) for reference. Head shots preferred. Images may be transferred or sketched in advance, though instructional time will be spent in class on this topic.  Shirley will provide hands-on assistance to help you complete your painting ready for framing.
