Start off the new season in style with an evening of free family fun for baseball fanatics! Fans will be able to explore the exhibit “Fanatics: Thomas Edison, Connie Mack and Spring Training in Fort Myers” and enjoy family-friendly activities and baseball trivia...

The spirit of baseball sporting events is spreading to our site with an evening of free family fun for baseball fanatics!

Start off the new season in style with an evening of free family fun for baseball fanatics! Fans will be able to explore the exhibit “Fanatics: Thomas Edison, Connie Mack and Spring Training in Fort Myers” and enjoy family-friendly activities and baseball trivia, and take photos with a local mascot. The Red Sox Showcase presented by L.L. Bean will be on site, along with food trucks offering refreshments available for purchase. Stop by our Edison Ford table to enter a free drawing and grab your chance to win baseball tickets and other fabulous prizes. Fort Myers Mayor Kevin Anderson will make an official proclamation of “Spring Training Day in Fort Myers” to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the first team arriving in town for spring training in 1925. Admission to the baseball exhibit inside the Edison Ford museum and parking are free for this event (the riverside estates will not be open during this event).
